Step 1: Add Google or Microsoft Account on iPhone
1.Open Settings
2.Select the Contacts app
3.Tap Accounts
4.Select Add Account
5.Choose a Google or Microsoft / Outlook account

Step 2: Enable Contact Sync
1.After logging in, the system will ask what to sync
2.Select Contacts
3.Tap Save to complete setup

Step 3: Set Default Account for Contact Sync
1.Go to Settings → Contacts → Default Account
2.Choose the account where new contacts should be saved by default (newly added contacts will also sync automatically)

Step 1: Add Account on Android
1.Open Settings on your Android phone
2.Tap Accounts & backup / Accounts
3.Tap Add Account
4.Choose Google / Outlook / Exchange / Microsoft
5.Enter your account credentials

Step 5: Enable Contact Sync on Android
1.After logging in, the system will ask what to sync
2.Select Contacts
3.Tap Done

Step 6 (Optional): Check Sync Status
1.Open Settings
2.Tap Accounts & backup → Accounts
3.Select the synced account, confirm Contacts is turned on
4.Tap Sync now to manually refresh
